Angus Bailey

Angus began his career working for an Offshore Shipbroker specialising in Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy. In 2013 he used this technical expertise of the shipping industry to move to the Insurance market where he worked and led Seacurus. Here he delivered specialised solutions for the marine market, including a  combined facility for Piracy and War perils, an MLC 2006 compliance solution for Seafarer Abandonment as well as other bespoke coverages.

He joined Optio in 2020 as Head of Marine Specialty where he will be responsible for delivering digitalised solutions for the marine market.
