Anil Aggarwal
M&A Director
Anil joined Optio as Head of M&A in 2024 and is responsible for driving M&A activity across the Group. Prior to Optio he gained significant expertise in the MGA insurance space helping set up and grow Innovisk Capital Partners at WTW and its subsequent sale to PE.
He has broad ranging transactional expertise having worked at PwC across various industries in both their advisory and IPO practices. Anil is a chartered accountant (FCA) and holds an MBA from Bayes Business School in London.
