Insiyah joined Optio Group in 2024 as Group Chief Risk Officer and is responsible for regulatory, compliance risk management and governance matters across the Group.
She has also held senior executive roles with Lucida, Ardonagh, Barbon and HSBC Insurance Brokers. Her career spans over 25 years in the insurance industry.
