John Fitzgerald

John coordinates all loss control, claims analysis and risk education programs for Optio's Subcontractor Default Insurance. John is also involved in risk analysis for the program.

Based outside of Atlanta, Georgia, John spent over 17 years working for Zurich North America on Subcontractor Default Insurance (and other commercial specialty products).  Prior to Zurich, John worked in a variety of engineering and construction roles with Bechtel both domestically and abroad. John holds a degree Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and is an NPQ certified structural fire fighter and EMT.
