OFFICE MANAGER & PA

    Olivia joined Optio in 2021 as Group Receptionist, and she has recently transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

    Olivia is the main point of contact at Optio, undertaking EA duties and admin support to the group Managing Director and wider management team. This includes diary management for the management team, minute taking, organising social and seasonal events, office and facilities management.
