Simon Ricks

Simon began his career working for a Chartered Accountants and Audit Practice before moving into the Insurance sector, joining Marsh in 2004 as a Compliance Accountant. Following Marsh, Simon has also worked at Arthur J Gallagher and JLT before moving to RFIB in 2013, and became Financial Controller in 2016 managing the team responsible for all statutory, regulatory and management reporting as well as treasury function and budgeting.

Simon joined Optio as Group Financial Controller in February 2021.
