As an update on Cove Programs’ availability during the COVID-19 crisis, please know that we all continue to work remotely both here in the United States and increasingly in our UK office.  We have decided to postpone all upcoming business travel until a new strategy is developed that protects our teams, their families and of course, our clients and brokers.

 

We have always valued our face to face interaction with our clients and brokers and hope that all scheduled meetings will go forward using videoconferencing.  We will use Zoom and Teams during this time period and encourage this method of face-to-face communication as opposed to simpler teleconferencing.

 

Our UK office is fully capable of working remotely and responsively.  Our participating insurance markets have implemented their business continuity plans which has, so far, worked quite well.

 

We extend our cooperation and assistance during this extended stressful time period and our risk management efforts will continue to monitor and disseminate any helpful information to our construction clients.  We value our employees, brokers and clients and hope that our investment in technology will make this time period a bit easier for us all.

 

We are all hoping for the best health outcomes possible for our communities and extend our best wishes during this crisis period.
